This gift guide will help you find the perfect gift for someone who just loves to have beautiful things or for that one friend who seems to have EVERYTHING! I have selected these 12 items because they are firstly very beautiful and secondly because they are also functional. I honestly love receiving functional and practical gifts, but I don't always like gifting them because they can seem a little boring. These gifts however check both boxes, so it's a win win. I have also selected items at different price points, so you are sure to find the perfect gift. ok, lets get into it...
Brass Coasters from Temple & Webster $79 - They will look beautiful stacked on a coffee table or set out at the dinner table.
Rectangle Eco Stow Set from Seed & Sprout $79 - These guys will look so beautiful sitting in the fridge and I love that you can see exactly what's in them. I also LOVE them in the pantry along with their Round and Square Stows...add in some baskets for texture and sleek canisters for contrast and it will transform any pantry.
Porcelain and Mango Wood Salad Servers from Temple & Webster $29.95 - These will not only look and feel really beautiful, but they will also look lovely styled in a salad bowl inside a glass cabinet or even on a sideboard, like mine (see post).
Morphy Richards Aspect 4 Slice Toaster in Teal from Kogan $75 - Now this is the kind of toaster you are happy to leave out on your benchtop! It also comes in a rage of other beautiful colours and has a matching kettle.
Cheese Board & Knife Set from Kmart $18 - I think this would be such a beautiful gift just simply tied in an oversized bow, but you could totally #levelup and add it into a hamper full of cheeses, crackers, charcuterie, condiments and antipasto...anyone else drooling?
Simply Living Well: A Guide to Creating a Natural, Low-Waste Home Book from Kmart $22 - This book is obviously amazing for it's fab tips on creating a better home, but look..at..that..cover! Is this not one of the most beautiful coffee table books EVER!
Distressed Ceramic Amphora Vase from Temple & Webster $64.95 - ok sooo this one may not check the "practicality" box but it is fun...ctional. It's the perfect vessel for some beautiful tall stems, but I also really just love it on its own.
Ripple Carafe Set from Simple Form $80 - This set will look stunning displayed on a drinks cart or sideboard, but I really love to use carafe sets on the bedside table. So much nicer than your standard glass of water next to the bed, don't you think?
Smith & Nobel Matte Cast Iron Casserole 5L from Harris Scarfe $49.95 - This is just going to look so beautiful sitting on the stove, it will never need to be put it away.
Salisbury & Co Grove Wood Fruit Bowl from Kitchen Warehouse $89.95 - This fruit bowl will look gorgeous sitting on a kitchen bench full of lemons or on the island with the weekly fruit...or even styled on the coffee table with some bone beads or marble chain links.
Le Creuset Traditional Kettle 2.1L from Kitchen Warehouse $175.20 - So I may have popped this one in for me. I have been swooning over this kettle for years. It will look stunning sitting on the (my) stovetop or resting on a simple trivet. It's just one of those items that will always be in style because it's so classic.
Reed Diffuser from Dindi Naturals $50 - I just love anything in an amber glass. It is such a simple design that it will look beautiful sitting in any area of the home and smell divine. I especially love that they're 100% natural with no nasty synthetic fragrances. So there they are, 12 beautiful gifts that are not just "dust collectors" as my Dad would say. Thanks for stopping by!
